Caroline Records Taps Royalty Review Council for Label Royalty Accounting Services

Los Angeles, California (July 17, 2013) – Caroline, the premiere independent distribution company recently acquired by Universal Music Group, has formed a new strategic partnership with Royalty Review Council. The announcement was made today by Dominic Pandiscia, President of Caroline, and Keith Bernstein, CEO of Royalty Review Council.

Royalty Review Council will become a preferred outsource record and mechanical royalty accounting provider for Caroline’s distributed labels. Royalty Review Council provides a turnkey solution, eliminating the complexity and overhead of managing in-house personnel to manage royalty accounting and mechanical licensing.

“We felt that the best provider to manage the royalty accounting services for our clients was Royalty Review Council,” said Jillian Bordeaux, VP of Finance at Caroline. “Their track record and in-depth knowledge with music royalties, copyrights, licenses, contracts and distribution will greatly benefit our independent label partners.”

“Royalty Review Council welcomes the opportunity to work with Caroline and their distributed labels,” added Mr. Bernstein. “We can provide a cost-effective solution for each label’s royalty accounting and licensing, which frees up label resources to focus on the core areas of their business.”
