Royalty Review Council provides Song Catalog Financial Due Diligence Services
Los Angeles, California, September 21, 2010 – BMG Rights Management, the music publishing joint venture of Bertelsmann AG and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., announced its fourth major acquisition of 2010.
BMG Rights Management agreed to buy Evergreen Copyright Acquisitions LLC, obtaining songs recorded by artists such as Eric Clapton, Michael Jackson, 2Pac and MC Hammer. It is the fourth acquisition this year by BMG, following Cherry Lane, Stage Three and Adage IV. BMG’s catalog now includes over 200,000 songs.
